Sand Casting process can make various castings in theory. But not at practice, If you cannot decide what process right for your parts, we will suggest you the most suitable process per a print of your part.  

Sand casting is cheaper than to use other process but has low surface finish and dimension tolerance. With Sand casting process can make ductile iron casting, grey iron casting, stainless steel, Carbon steel, Aluminum casting, Copper casting, Zinc alloy casting to casting standard like SAE, ASTM, DIN, BS, JIS, ISO etc. and so on.
