H&E recognizes in many cases, either customer requirements or material specifications requireNon-Destructive Test (NDT). The following NDT can be done on part body itself

● Hardness test 
● Dye Penetrate Examination
● Microstructure inspection
● Magnetic Particle Examination
● Ultrasonic test
● Radiographic (X-ray) Examination
These tests are performed by qualified labs and some can be finished by H&E own inspectors. Required NDT reports are included in the material certification package provided to the customer.
H&E itself can do the following NDTs.
● Hardness test 
● Dye Penetrate Examination
● Microstructure inspection

These inpsection and test will give H&E an opportunity to control quality at site before deliverying.
