If your part is made by stainless steel. We can provide our services for you to get a quality part from our sources at quite economic price. All types of stainless steel parts can be made with different processes like:
●Investment casting process: 304 316, 310, PH17-4 etc.
●Sand casting process: 304 316, 310, PH17-4 etc.
●Stamping process: 304, 316
●Welding process: 304, 316, 310
All processes will work under ISO9001:2000.
All requirements will confirm to your print.
All material will be confirmed to Standards: SAE, ASTM, DIN, BS, JIS, ISO etc or your requirements. And we do not have a requirement of minimum quantity. Even if you just need ONE piece for your D&R project, we also welcome and provide you our best service.
H&E can work “turn-key” projects with Total Product Responsibility” by including machining, Balance, Powder coating, polishing (including electrolytic polishing) and plating.
As required, all types of inspection report for your part—Material report, dimension report, Die-Penetrated test, 100% X-Ray test, Or third party report will be sent out for your confirmation or approval ahead of shipment or with part.
