Various machining sources are a strong guarantee of high quality part. No matter what your part is casting, forging, welding, stamping, machined from bar, tube or other profile, we can do CNC machining.  Part weight can be from 0.002lb ~11000lbs. all types of material can be Ductile iron, Grey iron, Stainless steel, Carbon/alloy steel, Aluminum, Copper, Zinc alloy to material standard like SAE, ASTM, DIN, BS, JIS, ISO etc.  Dimensions are to your print! 
Even if you just need one piece and quite complex your part design is, H&E's qualified sources with certificates of ISO9001, etc will provide you the best services. 
To save your time and lower your cost, H&E will provide you ONE stop of service for all types of machined parts no matter they are ferrous or non ferrous castings as long as you can tell us its specification or special requirements of yours, we can work it out if this material is existing on market. 
For all machined parts, H&E can work "turn-key" project and also take “Total Product Responsibility” by including Heat Treatment (including QPQ , Carbonizing, etc.), Balance, Powder coating, Polishing (including electrolytic polishing) and plating.
