● Sand Casting process: work for all types of cast iron.
Sand casting has green sand and resin-coated shell sand castings can be used. We shall provide best process of quote and comments if your part can apply different processes and production methods DISAMATIC, HUNTER molding-machine production line, Manual, Resin sand process for your decision.
● Investment casting process: work for ductile iron castings and alloy cast iron.
And we do not have a requirement of minimum quantity. Even if you just need ONE piece for your D&R project, we also welcome and provide you our best service.

As required, all types of inspection report for your part—Material report, dimension report, Die-Penetrated test, 100% X-Ray test, Or third party report will be sent out for your confirmation or approval ahead of shipment or with part.
