For two decades years of business from 2002, we have provided our customers half millions of tons of carbon steel part or Low alloy steel parts.  You can choose one of the following processes for your part. 
●Investment casting: 1020, WCA,WCB, WCC, 8620 4130, 4340…etc. all types of carbon steel and low alloy steel with the following processes
  Process-1:  Good surface finish and tight tolerance 
  Process-2:  Normal surface finish and normal tolerance. Cheaper price than process-1.   Not used for stainless steel. 
●Sand casting process: 1020, WCA, WCB, WCC, 8620 4130, 4340…etc. all types of carbon steel and low alloy steel. 
●Stamping process:  all types of carbon steel and low alloy steel.
●Forging process:  all forgeable carbon steel and low alloy steel
●Welding process: all weldable carbon steel and low alloy steel
All processes will work under system ISO9001:2000.  
All requirements will be confirmed to your print. 
All material will match to Standards: SAE, ASTM, DIN, BS, JIS, ISO etc or your requirements.  And we do not have a requirement of minimum quantity.  Even if you just need ONE piece for your D&R project, we also welcome and provide you our best service. 
H&E can work “turn-key” projects with Total Product Responsibility” by including machining, Balance, Powder coating, polishing (including electrolytic polishing) and plating. 
As required, all types of inspection report for your part—Material report, dimension report, Die-Penetrated test, 100% X-Ray test, Or third party report will be sent out for your confirmation or approval ahead of shipment or with part.
