H&E Component can provide 3rd-Party Inspection Report if required by the customer. This 3rd-Party inspection report could include
● Witnessing of NDE
● Dimensional inspection and verification
● Chemical and mechanical analysis
● Packaging and crating prior to shipment.
H&E component can also ship parts to any 3rd-Party inspection institute authorized by the customer for inspection.
H&E is committed to providing the highest quality products and materials to its customer and routinely provides material certification for all orders. Certification can be made to virtually any recognized material standards, such as ASTM, ASME, API, and AISI.
Basic material certification provided by H&E includes reports of chemical and mechanical analysis (as required by the applicable material specification). Additional certification can also include reports of other testing such as Charpy Impact, micro-structure examination, hardness and inter-granular corrosion.
Certification is typically provided in the form of Material Test Reports (MTR), but if required, H&E can issue Certificates of Compliance and Conformity and tailor to the customer’s specific needs.
